About the event
Local Flavours brings together our favourite people and produce into one night of fun, excitement, and community. Glen's good friend and collaborator, the talented and extremely tolerant Therese curates a five-course menu of small plates (not too small!). Each course celebrates locally grown produce and uses only foods from within the Dandenong ranges and the Yarra Valley with particular attention focused on farmers who are ethical, sustainable, and just plain nice people! With many of the farmers attending this is an opportunity for locals to share the local produce that is often hard to procure or not well known.
Each Course is introduced by Alessia from Elementopia, with stories about the producers she shares her passion for local food as medicine.
